Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team at support@shivaliks.com.

Provide the order number, item(s) to be returned or exchanged, and reason for the return.

3. Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

5. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a Shivaliks.com error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If customers receive a damaged or defective item, they must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order for a replacement or refund.

7. Final Sale Items:

Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
